What data is collected

This site does not use third-party analytics trackers. The only personal data collected is information voluntarily submitted through contact forms: name, email address and telephone number. This data is used solely to respond to the enquiry and is not shared with third parties.

Cookies

A single first-party cookie preference is stored in localStorage under the key pf_cookie_consent. This stores your Accept or Reject response to the cookie notice shown on first visit. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies are set by this site.

Legal basis for processing

Contact form submissions are processed on the basis of the data subject's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where relevant, legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months from receipt, after which they are deleted unless an ongoing correspondence requires longer retention.

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access data held about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
